In your role as Engineering Manager (m/f/d), you will shape our customer experience by growing and managing the team, conducting in-depth analysis, and directly impacting the business.
Our engineering organization is critical in ensuring Flink delivers the best-in-class service. The Customer Experience team focuses on enabling customers to manage their profile data effortlessly, from onboarding through their entire journey with Flink, in a delightful, self-serviced, and secure manner. Additionally, we ensure customers can personalize their experience to best suit their needs.
