Activities
- Seek an Engineering Manager with extensive experience managing multidisciplinary engineers for a world-scale Ammonia Project, either on the Client or Contractor side.
- Ensure compliance with Client's Project HSE requirements and policies, and participate in safety walks and accident investigations.
- Support the Project Director in managing all engineering activities and ensure implementation of contract requirements.
- Adhere to HSE regulations and ensure quality and safety standards are met by contractors and subcontractors.
- Oversee project schedule, progress, and technical content of contracts.
- Assist in technical review of contractor claims and manage design changes.
- Verify non-conformances, manage risks, and support project reporting and lessons learned.
- Coordinate engineering, installation, and delivery of tie-ins and ensure proper supply of raw materials and utilities.
- Manage project close-out activities in line with procedures.
Requirements
- University Degree in Chemical Engineering highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the engineering of fertilizer plants (e.g., Blue Ammonia, Urea).
