• Managing a team of 4-6 engineers, both backend and frontend
• 60% of your time managing people and projects, and 40% hands-on with code
• Support engineers through regular 1 : 1s and quarterly reviews; establish and improve engineering practices, tools, and processes
• Collaborate closely with product and CTO leadership
