Your Role

As our Engineering Manager , you'll be both a technical leader and a people manager. You’ll guide teams in delivering high-quality software while fostering a culture of growth, ownership, and collaboration.

What you'll do :

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers (backend, frontend, QA).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data to ship impactful features.
• Drive engineering excellence, scalability, and system reliability.
• Own team hiring, onboarding, and career development.
• Shape and improve development processes and agile practices.

What we’re looking for :

• 2+ years of engineering management experience and 5+ years of hands-on engineering.
• Experience in high-growth product companies or fintechs.
• Strong background in modern backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Kotlin) and cloud-based architectures (AWS, GCP).
• A passion for building empowered teams and a bias for action.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
