In this role as Engineering Change Manager at our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will be the link between engineering, project and international partners – always with the aim of implementing changes precisely, on time and with quality assurance. You maintain an overview even with demanding programs such as Tiger MKIII and ensure that no detail is lost. Become part of a forward-looking project – part-time is also possible!
The maximum gross annual salary is €55,300. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks
- Organization and moderation of international change boards (Germany / France / Spain), incl. agenda, logging and action tracking
- Ensuring on-time delivery & on-time quality as well as escalation in the event of delays
- Alignment of time and implementation plans with specialist departments and data maintenance
- Creating technical documents and construction specifications for conversions
- Maintaining and checking configuration data and monitoring data quality in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Evaluating and checking change requests (Engineering Change Proposal - ECP, Aircraft Modification Proposal - AMP, Modification Proposal - MP) for completeness and quality
- Coordination between Tiger Legacy and Tiger MKIII as well as transversal coordination with international teams
- Support of the design department in the preparation of engineering change proposals and technical advice in configuration management
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical vocational training with additional qualification as a technician / business administrator
- ALTERNATIVE: completed studies in engineering, aerospace or with additional qualifications in the technical or business management field
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, finance and project management as well as risk management (e.g. ARM)
- Experience as a Project Management Officer or working in a Program Management Office (PMO)
- Knowledge of development processes, system engineering, life cycle management, processes and stakeholders at Airbus Helicopters is desirable
- Experience in Earned Value Management and project planning (e.g. OPX2 / UPH / MS Project) is an advantage
- Experienced with MS Excel and PLM systems (Windchill / SAP)
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
- Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
