Qualifikationen

We are looking for an engineer for wind turbines (m/f/d) for the technical planning and implementation of offshore wind projects.

1. Participation in the development, planning and implementation of offshore wind projects (national / international)
2. Technical work package manager wind turbine from contract negotiations until execution of the wind turbine supply contract up to the handover to the operating party
3. Scheduling, budget control and interdisciplinary coordination of the team
4. Manage the schedule for the work package in accordance with the overall project schedule
5. Ensuring that health and safety regulations (HSE) will be considered in all phases of the project
6. Implementation of technical due diligence processes offshore wind
7. Participation in the identification and management of technical risks (internal & external), issues and impacts of the project
8. Preparation of technical documentation (specifications, processes, concepts)
9. Ensuring compliance with approval and certification requirements (national / international)
10. Assistance in ensuring the contractual conformity of technical documentation
11. Accompanying the execution work (installations and commissioning offshore) and implementation of acceptances, if necessary.
12. Participation in industry-specific working groups (e.g. WAB) and research projects

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Wind Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in project management for infrastructure or energy projects, with a preference for offshore wind energy expertise
• In-depth knowledge of large electrical or mechanical systems, paired with up-to-date market and technological insights
• Strong team player with excellent intercultural communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel internationally and to undertake offshore assignments when required
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
