IOI Oleo in Wittenberge, Germany, seeks an Engineer/Technician (m/f/d) for Technical Coordination and Documentation to support the Engineering department on daily technical and process issues. You will help structure and maintain plant documentation and participate in safety assessments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field, strong German skills, and a structured, proactive approach to work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical training with focus on process/mechanical/electrical engineering or similar field
• Strong communication skills and confident interaction with departments, auditors and contractors
• Excellent German language skills (C1) and structured approach to documentation

Aufgaben

• Support Technical Management in day-to-day operations across technical and process issues
• Structure, maintain, and develop technical plant and project documentation
• Coordinate and track legally required plant inspections and checklists (AwSV)
• Contribute to plant safety and fire protection tasks, including hazard analyses (HAZOP)
• Independently address technical issues and implement pragmatic solutions with the team
• Participate in on-call duty as part of responsibility

You would like to…

• support our Technical Management team in day-to-day operations with a wide range of technical and process-related issues and, in doing so, increasingly take on your own areas of responsibility


• structure, maintain, and further develop technical plant and project documentation


• coordinate and track legally required plant inspections, as well as maintain associated checklists and inventories, e.g., for pressure equipment and systems in accordance with AwSV


• contribute to issues related to plant safety and fire protection and assist with safety assessments and hazard analyses, e.g., HAZOP


• independently address technical issues and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions together with the technical team


• take on responsibility as part of on-call duty

We are looking for…

• a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical training, preferably with a focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field


• ideally, professional experience at a manufacturing company, preferably in the chemical or food industry


• a good understanding of process engineering systems and technical interrelationships


• a structured and meticulous approach to work, as well as an enthusiasm for organizing technical documentation and processes in a sustainable manner


• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with functional departments, external contractors, auditors, and regulatory agencies


• Initiative, the ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset


• Very good written and spoken German (at least language level C1)
