Jobbeschreibung

Boylston Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator for an Engineering firm located in Hanover. This position is temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Job Details:

  1. Answer phones, direct calls, and serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
  2. Order office supplies, create new job folders, file documents, copy, process mail, and maintain calendars to meet deadlines.
  3. Scan documents, review and print weekly timesheets, manage vacation requests, and arrange lunches.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: 3 days per week, preferably Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Pay: $25/hour

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
