Infineon Technologies Dresden AG & Co. KG seeks a technically driven professional to advance Power MOSFET integration concepts from initial ideation to qualification. You will analyze processes, plan experiments, and work with teams across locations to improve performance and yield.

A physics or engineering background with semiconductor knowledge, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel is required. Fluency in English and German is expected for collaboration in a global team.

• University degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or comparable field.
• Ideally, experience in process integration.
• Knowledge of semiconductor physics, process analytics and interdependencies.

• Develop and optimize integration concepts and process modules for Power MOSFET technologies from concept to qualification.

You will apply your technical expertise to explore new approaches together with your colleagues, solve complex challenges, and take our technology performance to the next level.

As part of the Corporate Functions team, you will develop strategies, refine processes, and implement initiatives that sustainably contribute to our company's success.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and optimize complex integration concepts and process modules for Power MOSFET technologies, from initial ideas and simulation through to process qualification
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate experiments to ensure targeted technology performance
• Drive process development from initial concept through to final qualification
• Continuously improve technologies to enhance process stability and increase yield
• Ensure appropriate risk management for process changes while maintaining our high quality standards
• Actively share knowledge across locations and international teams, including facilitating technical discussions

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a comparable field
• Ideally, professional experience in process integration
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor physics, process analytics, and the evaluation of technological interdependencies
• Strong technical understanding and the motivation to thoroughly explore complex topics and develop innovative solutions
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
