We are looking for an engineer or scientist with a background in telecommunications, communications engineering, or a related field who wants to combine innovative research with hands-on implementation. In this exciting project, you will design and optimize advanced communication topologies — from point-to-point radio links to complex mesh networks — to create a next-generation multi-sensor network.
You will also take responsibility for the IT infrastructure, integrating servers into the network and configuring systems. You will also share your findings with the international research community through publications and conference presentations.
Are you highly organized, take initiative, and have a hands-on mentality? Then you’re a perfect fit for our team! Perhaps you are also thinking about pursuing a PhD? At DLR, we will support your academic journey!
