Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Fahrzeugtechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Anpassung und Validierung von ADAS-Systemen.
• Tiefgehendes Verständnis der Auswirkungen von ADAS auf Euro NCAP-Bewertungen.

Aufgaben

• Anpassung von Fahrzeugprojekten für den europäischen Markt.
• Unterstützung der Euro NCAP-Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit aktiver Sicherheit.
• Durchführung von Tuning-Sitzungen zur Optimierung der Systemleistung.

Your Tasks :

Adapt features of vehicle projects for the European market

Support Euro NCAP activities related to Active Safety

Conduct tuning sessions to optimize system performance

Support the development of the attribute roadmap to meet EU benchmark targets

Ensure local system validation

Perform benchmark analyses in the field of ADAS

Monitor the latest development trends and technologies in ADAS systems (including Euro NCAP protocols)

Collaborate closely with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu and Shanghai (China), suppliers, engineering firms, and universities

Your Profile :

Degree in Automotive Engineering or a comparable field

Solid experience in ADAS system development, adaptation, and validation

In-depth understanding of the impact of ADAS on Euro NCAP Active Safety ratings

Excellent driving and vehicle evaluation skills

Willingness to travel and possession of a valid European driving license

Comfortable working in an international and intercultural environment

Proactive and self-motivated attitude

Strong communication skills with an open and structured mindset

Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools

Fluent in English

Mandarin language skills are an advantage
