YOUR TASKS :

• Perform aeroelastic load calculations for multi-megawatt wind turbines using Alaska / Wind, Bladed
• Support the development of new components such as towers, blades, and machinery through simulation-based analysis
• Conduct site-specific load assessments for customized turbine configurations
• Plan and execute load simulations, including validation based on real measurements and tests
• Document results and assessments in technical reports
• Support certification processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of simulation tools and methodologies

YOUR PROFILE :

• M.Sc.or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with a specialization in dynamics and simulation
• Experience with aerodynamic simulation tools such as Alaska / Wind, Bladed, HAWC, or Flex5
• Strong knowledge of dynamic simulations of complex systems and fatigue analysis methodologies
• Familiarity with industry guidelines and the latest research developments
• Additional skills in general analysis software (MATLAB, R), programming (e.g. Python), or automation tools are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work dynamically and flexibly in a changing work environment
• Fluency in English required; German and Spanish are a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role focusing on load calculation and simulation
