YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
You will be assigned to different large CAPEX projects in various stages of execution to gain the necessary hands-on experience that will provide a sound basis upon which to build your career
You will be assigned to cement plants to gain operational experience with cement and/or carbon capture plants
You will be part of early stage engineering activities of major Capex projects
You will understand how Cement and Carbon Capture projects are developed during the Feasibility, FEED and construction stages
You will assist in the commissioning of new Cement and Carbon Capture projects and cement plants
You will assist in the review of engineering deliverables such as Heat and Mass Balances, Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Cause & Effect diagrams, isolation philosophies, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, HAZOP studies & reports
You will support operation of future Cement and Carbon Capture plants, including troubleshooting, plant optimization and maintenance and repairs during major shutdowns/turnarounds and coordination of test runs
Potential locations of modules:
Brevik/Norway
Airvault/France
Mokra/Czech Republic
Further locations either in Scandinavia, the UK or Germany
YOUR PROFILE
Must have: EU citizenship to allow for the necessary work permits during the 15 month training program in different EU and non-EU countries
Accredited – Masters in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Fluency in English and an additional European language
Any experience on construction sites is of benefit
Any educational background on Cement and CO2-Separation technology is of benefit
Relevant internships and/or first work experience (producing industry e.g.)
Already stayed outside of home country for educational or internship purpose
Readiness to do physical work in various conditions (e.g. height, confined space, high/low temperature)
Willingness to travel for extended periods of time in different countries with 3 to 4 month placements over the course of 15 months
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines, nationalities and backgrounds
Proactive attitude towards learning and taking ownership of tasks, as well as a willingness to contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement
