Your Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer, focusing on the Dutch market.
  • You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience, including documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
  • You take relevant suppression measurements and coordinate with our field service partners.
  • You communicate proactively and transparently with our customers.
  • You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected according to industry legislation and regulations.
  • You help us improve our service quality and operational excellence.
  • You contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
  • University degree in electrical engineering or comparable professional training.
  • Work experience in the eMobility or customer service industry.
  • Initial experience with DC infrastructure operations.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize collaboratively within the team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to a new business area.
