Join Our Growing Engine Machining Services Team

We have varied and challenging vacancies within our expanding engine machining workshop. We seek two positive, keen individuals passionate about engines and the restoration of all engine components.

The machining team works on a wide variety of engine types, including motorcycle engines, cars, commercial vehicles, large agricultural engines, rivercraft, and various motorsports such as V8s, professional, amateur, and classic racing series.

Responsibilities include:

1. Pressure testing cylinder heads for cracks and porosity
2. Disassembly and assembly of cylinder heads
3. Cutting valves and seats
4. Skimming critical faces
5. Re-grinding and balancing crankshafts
6. Re-boring and re-sleeving cylinder blocks
7. Resizing and bushing connecting rods

Training will be provided. Whether you:

• Have machining experience or are interested in being fully trained to machine and restore engine components to precision tolerances
• Have previous hands-on mechanical or DIY experience
• Are a professional mechanic considering a change within the motor industry
