Your Role:

As anEnergy Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the company’s energy portfolio and driving strategic initiatives in electricity marketing and risk management. This position offers the opportunity to influence key decisions in a rapidly evolving market while collaborating with industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute tenders for electricity direct marketing across European markets.

• Develop and refine short-term hedging strategies, adapting proactively to market dynamics.

• Analyze hedging products and negotiate transactions to mitigate portfolio risks.

• Evaluate and implement complex hedging solutions at the portfolio level.

• Cultivate relationships with utilities and corporate clients, negotiating short-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree inEngineering, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.

• Minimum2+ years of experiencein energy trading, risk management, or hedging strategy development.

• Established network inat least one of these markets: Denmark, Spain, Italy, or Germany.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

• Fluency inEnglish and Germanto thrive in an international setting.
