Job summary

TÜV NORD GROUP is seeking a project leader to drive programs from initiation to closure, translating requests into clear scopes, objectives, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will secure resources, monitor budgets and timelines, manage risks, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and post-project lessons learned to fuel growth.

Responsibilities

• Project Initiation & Scoping: Process incoming requests and tender documents for pre-qualification, translating them into clear project scopes, detailed proposals, and resource plans.
• Planning & Execution: Lead projects through all phases—initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. Define clear objectives, deliverables, and quality targets.
• Resource & Process Management: Secure necessary resources and ensure full compliance with certification processes and industry guidelines. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with maximum efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor project performance regarding budget, schedule, and scope to ensure timely completion and financial efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Establish structured communication plans to ensure transparency, log actionable information, and facilitate a high-quality flow of information.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies while maintaining the highest quality standards across all deliverables.
• Documentation & Tools: Maintain professional documentation and knowledge management using tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint; transform raw project data into actionable management information.
• Continuous Improvement & Growth: Conduct post-project analyses (Lessons Learned) to optimize internal processes, promote best-practice PM methods, and actively contribute to the company's future growth.
