Qualifikationen

You are the first point of contact in our company when it comes to complex technical customer inquiries. In IT support, you will analyze, evaluate, and resolve inquiries and problems relating to our baramundi software solution and offer the appropriate solution. With around 300-400 new customers joining us every year, our support team of 11 is looking for you: bright, communicative, and ready to serve our customers!

Do what you do best:
  • ACCEPT CHALLENGES You receive support requests from our customers and record them in our ticket system
  • FIND SOLUTIONSYou classify the support requests and carry out error analysis and solution finding in close cooperation with your team colleagues and our development department
  • MEET DEADLINES You track problem resolution in compliance with SLAs
  • WORK CAREFULLY You document the processing and solution paths and use them to create technical documentation
  • ACCELERATE SOLUTIONS You receive escalations and try to resolve them as quickly as possible
  • DEMONSTRATE COMPETENCE You advise our customers, partners, and interested parties on technical issues
  • HAVE FUN You will find your place in our colorful and collegial environment
What we appreciate about you:
  • Successfully completed vocational training in IT, application development, or system integration, or in another comparable field
  • Experience in technical support (ideally with our software)
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries on the phone
  • Very good network, Windows, and mobile skills (client and server operating systems), e.g., unattended installations and device enrollment
  • Good knowledge of security, certificates, and certificate-based communication
  • High level of initiative in familiarizing yourself with new topics
  • Strong service and customer orientation as well as high resilience
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
