• May oversee project teams to meet technical and financial milestones.
• Organizes activities to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manages small to medium projects with budgets and resources.
• Interacts with national and international technical networks.
• Supports proposal efforts and promotional activities.
• Identifies research or service opportunities aligned with mission, solving customer problems and delivering actionable insights.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
