Our team partners with the business to provide reporting insight and continuously improve our processes and performance.
Partner with the best
The role requires leadership in providing strategy, governance, and advisory support to country HR and business leaders for Labour & Employee Relations (L&ER). Lead the L&ER strategy for BH in the country (Germany), enable HR execution to ensure Baker Hughes has an aligned strategy between employee needs and business outcomes. Establish frameworks and tools to embed and localize best-in-class approaches to employee relations, including CBA strategy and contract negotiations strategy.
