Employer Engagement Coordinator (m/f/d)
Full-time 38.5 hours/week, permanent
Constructor University is seeking a dynamic Employer Engagement Coordinator to strengthen corporate partnerships, expand career opportunities for students and alumni, and drive employer participation in key university events. This role is essential in connecting academia with industry through strategic employer outreach, corporate events, and student-industry collaboration initiatives.
Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with companies across industries. Promote Constructor University as a talent hub for internships, jobs, and industry collaborations. Identify employer needs and align them with student career development opportunities.
Lead the organization and expansion of the annual Career Fair and other employer networking events. Secure employer participation, sponsorships, and speakers for career-related events. Develop industry panels, hackathons, recruitment days, and alumni-employer meetups.
Coordinate the Tech Lab, a hub for student-industry collaborations. Develop partnerships for real-world student consulting and research projects with corporate partners. Promote the Tech Lab as an engagement opportunity for companies with student talent. Leverage alumni networks to create career opportunities, internships, and mentorship programs. Identify alumni in leadership roles and encourage recruitment from Constructor University.
Develop paid recruitment services (job postings, employer branding, career workshops). Secure sponsorships for the Career Fair, corporate events, and industry partnerships. Track KPIs related to employer engagement, student placements, and sponsorship success.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, along with experience in employer relations, corporate partnerships, sales, or business development. Strong event management skills, excellent sales and negotiation abilities, fluency in German and English, and strong networking skills are essential. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, career platforms such as Jobteaser and Handshake, and employer outreach strategies are also required.
