Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives based on dormakaba’s global employer branding strategy to increase our employer brand awareness, ensure a positive and consistent employer brand image across various channels, and attract top talent to the organization
Create engaging content, including employer brand stories, videos, and other multimedia, to showcase the company culture
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to create compelling promotional materials
Utilize digital platforms and social media to amplify dormakaba’s presence and engage with potential candidates
Build relationships with external partners, such as universities and industry associations, to strengthen the employer brand
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with HR goals and objectives
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and candidate expectations and to optimize recruitment marketing efforts
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment marketing
An experience that matters: your skills
Min. 3 years of professional experience and expertise in the field of human resources and/or communication
Experience working in an international environment
Fluent in German and English with strong negotiation skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential information securely
Confident demeanour and effective communication with executives, employees, and employee representatives
