Qualifikationen

Employee Relations & Legal Counsel Specialist (m/f/x)

Your main tasks will be:

  • Advising on Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution. Provide legal advice on a broad range of day-to-day issues.
  • Drafting and analyzing employment contracts, internal policies, and other work-related documents;
  • Conducting negotiations and resolving disputes related to employment relations;
  • Cooperating with external partners in resolving court disputes related to employment
  • Representing the company on labor-related matters with government authorities and other external parties.
  • Managing and resolving Legal claims related to HR.
  • Drafting service contracts and fixed-term agreements with employees and service providers in various countries.

You are a good fit for the team if you can tick off the following boxes:

  • You have experience in HR and an understanding of HR processes in Germany
  • You have experience in the legal department of a commercial enterprise or a law firm
  • Having completed studies in law with German 1. State Examination is a plus
  • You speak fluent English and German
  • You convince with assertiveness, perseverance and foresight
  • Your social skills and intercultural understanding allow you to shine when dealing with different target groups
