A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Employee Relations Partner in Berlin. The ideal candidate will manage disciplinary actions, support HR initiatives, and ensure alignment with best practices while maintaining a collaborative workplace environment. Compensation: €100,000 - €150,000 + 25% bonus
The Employee Relations Partner will demonstrate high motivation with an optimistic outlook, displaying patience, collaboration skills, analytical thinking, and emotional awareness. Provide consistent, knowledgeable, and professional support in areas such as disciplinary actions, complaints, probationary periods, performance issues, extended medical leave, ensuring alignment with policies, best practices, and legal requirements to minimise risk.
