The gross annual salary is up to €74,200, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).
Job description
Tasks
- Support the development of civil and military software solutions in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) for design projects
- Participate in technical design reviews to ensure compliance with quality plans
- Coordinate directly with internal departments such as Engineering, Innovation, Manufacturing and Quality
- Align with external suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Contribute to and implement improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Promote a proactive quality culture within the development environment
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Extensive professional experience in development, quality assurance and project management
- Experience in aerospace development is a plus
- Proven experience with design reviews and technical assessments
- Solid understanding of system development processes (e.g. V-model) and configuration management
- Fluent in both German and English (at least C1 level)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
- CV in English required
