Qualifikationen

• Sie haben ein solides Verständnis von Elektronik und idealerweise Erfahrung in der AOI-Programmierung oder SMT-Montage.
• Sie arbeiten präzise, zuverlässig und mit einem starken Fokus auf Qualität.
• Sie sind unabhängig in Ihren Aufgaben und ein starker Teamplayer.
• Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Sie sind lernbereit und möchten sich innerhalb moderner Produktionsprozesse weiterentwickeln.

Aufgaben

• Sie erstellen und optimieren AOI-Programme zur automatisierten optischen Inspektion elektronischer Baugruppen.
• Sie integrieren Platzierungsänderungen in bestehende Programme.
• Sie verbessern die Fehlererkennung und minimieren die Falschaufrate.
• Sie betreiben und überwachen unsere SMT-Montagelinien.
• Sie füllen Komponenten auf und reagieren auf Fehler während der laufenden Produktion.
• Sie unterstützen Wechsel und helfen beim Umstellen der Produktionslinien auf neue Aufträge.
• Sie führen regelmäßige Stichproben durch, um die Platzierungsqualität zu überprüfen.

Your Mission

• You create and optimize AOI programs for the automated optical inspection of electronic assemblies
• You integrate placement changes into existing programs
• You improve defect detection while minimizing the false call rate
• You operate and monitor our SMT assembly lines
• You refill components and respond to errors during ongoing production
• You support changeovers and help switch production lines to new orders
• You carry out regular sampling to check placement quality

Your Profile

• You have a solid understanding of electronics – ideally with some experience in AOI programming or SMT assembly
• You work precisely, reliably, and with a strong focus on quality
• You are independent in your tasks and a strong team player
• You have very good German and good English skills
• You are eager to learn and develop within modern production processes
