Your area of responsibility

• Quality assurance in the software area
• Support/assistance for users in IT-relevant questions
• Testing, configuration and installation of new software components
• Accepting incoming fault reports by phone and email
• Analyzing, classifying and processing incoming requests in the ticket system
• Continuous documentation of reports and solutions
• Administration of client systems and ensuring ongoing operation
  
  

Your profile

• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Professional experience in the specified area of responsibility
• In particular, professional experience in testing and operational test management, preferably with TestRail
• Ideally ISTQB Foundation certificate
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured way of working
• Analytical thinking paired with a solution-oriented approach
• A high degree of personal responsibility, reliability and quality standards
• Confident handling of the common Office programs
• Basic knowledge of client and database development an advantage, as well as basic knowledge of accounting and commercial processes
