Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Spezialist oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung.
• Idealerweise relevante Erfahrung in der Einführung von IT-Systemen.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

The healthcare sector is a growth industry with a turnover of over 300 billion euros. The KZVB ensures dental care in Bavaria, invoices the services provided by Bavarian dentists to the health insurance companies and supports practices in implementing legal requirements. It sees itself as a modern service provider. As a public corporation, the KZVB also represents the interests of contract dentists in dealings with politicians and health insurance companies.

In the IT and Technology division, we are looking for a dedicated full-time or part-time IT Services Coordinator to join the Coordination IT Services organizational unit as soon as possible.

Employee (m / f / d) in IT service and support

• Advice, support and assistance with questions and problems in the area of hardware and software for users (1st level support)
• Training and instruction in the areas of hardware equipment, Office products, Outlook and document management system
• Implementation of inventory including warehouse management
• Support in the planning, development and expansion of IT projects including software and hardware
• Management of user profiles and hardware equipment and maintenance of rights
• Coordination of tasks between the IT teams and the specialist departments

Your profile :

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) or comparable training with several years of professional experience
• Ideally relevant experience in the introduction of IT systems and supporting users in their use
• Experienced with MS Office 365 and other IT applications
• High degree of responsibility and reliability
• Quick comprehension and structured way of working
• Strong team and communication skills as well as service orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
