Zusammenfassung

GfPS mbH is seeking an Employee (m/f/d) for goods receiving/logistics/warehouse in Germany. This role involves order management, inspection of incoming goods, packaging and dispatch of lab samples, and regular communication with suppliers and customers.

You should have warehousing training or relevant experience, solid MS Office skills, and German proficiency at B2. The position offers an agile, friendly environment, flexible time accounts for family, and 30 days vacation.

Qualifikationen

• Training in warehousing or a comparable qualification or experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and IT-savvy.
• Independent, focused and careful work style with a quick grasp of tasks.
• Ability to stay organized under higher workload and strong communication with partners and customers.
• German language skills written and spoken (B2).
• Residence and work permit in Germany.

Aufgaben

• Order management and general goods receipt incl. order and delivery note control.
• Acceptance and initial inspection of incoming orders/samples and recording in the laboratory system
• Packaging and dispatch of laboratory samples incl. preparation of delivery bills
• Communication with suppliers and customers
• Proper disposal of packaging and laboratory materials
• Regular work with weights +/- 10 KG

• Order management and general goods receipt incl. order and delivery note control
• Acceptance and initial inspection of incoming orders/samples and forwarding and recording of incoming orders in the laboratory system
• Packaging and dispatch of laboratory samples incl. preparation of delivery bills
• Communication with suppliers and customers
• Proper disposal of packaging and laboratory materials
• Regular work with weights +/ – 10 KG

What you bring with you

• You have training in warehousing or comparable professional training or experience.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office programs and are generally IT-savvy.
• You are characterized within the team by an independent, concentrated and careful way of working and have a quick grasp of things.
• You will be able to maintain an overview even when the workload increases and have good communication skills with our business partners and customers.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German (level B2).
• Residence and work permit in Germany
