Are you looking for a varied job in internal sales where you are in daily contact with customers, colleagues, and partners? Do you keep a cool head even in challenging situations, are service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team? Then we should get to know each other! We are looking for motivated, full-time reinforcement for our Customer Support team.
Your tasks are:

- You are the point where all threads come together: forming the interface to production planning, pricing, accounting, the sales force, and sales partners.
- You ensure compliance with all relevant customs, tax, and export regulations, supported by clear processes and targeted training courses if necessary.
- As part of complaints management, you will find satisfactory solutions for every customer concern.
- You will carefully maintain our customer database, ensuring all information is always up to date.
What we expect from you:
- You have completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
- You also have relevant professional experience, preferably with an international focus.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications is essential; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Ideally, you are familiar with legal regulations in export; we are happy to invest in expanding your knowledge through external training courses.
- You are characterized by resilience, reliability, and dependability.
- Your fluency in German and English completes your profile.
