As an Employee & Labor Relations Consultant, you will support employee and labor relations projects in Germany and Austria. You will foster constructive collaboration with works councils, help shape our culture of fairness, and provide expertise to business leaders and colleagues.
The Colleague & Labor Relations (CLR) department is part of American Express's Human Resources team. We work closely with business leaders, the Country Executive Team, and other departments such as Legal, Compliance, and international project teams.
