Galler Lager- und Regaltechnik GmbH, one of the leading suppliers in this sector, offers everything from manual storage systems in workshops to fully automated high-bay warehouses. We manufacture all the beams and frames for our racking systems at our site in Kulmbach. Founded in 1917 by Wenzel Galler, Galler Lager- und Regaltechnik GmbH now employs around 80 people. IT system administration / helpdesk employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Answering technical questions from users
• Processing tasks with the help of a ticket system
• Prioritization of cases
• Supervision of internal and external networks
• Installation of hardware and software
• Implementation of rollouts
• Error analysis and troubleshooting
• Windows server and client maintenance

Your profile:

• Completed training in the IT sector or corresponding professional experience in IT helpdesk support
• Ideally, but not mandatory: professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
• Good PC skills (software and hardware) and an interest in IT applications
• Good basic knowledge of general system and network administration
• Good communication skills in German and English
