Your Responsibilities

• Local Branding Alignment: Develop and implement local employer branding initiatives aligned with HR strategy and business goals.
• Generate Engagement: Create engaging internal community activities and communications to inspire connection and foster organizational culture.
• Positive Image Creation: Build relationships with universities and schools, including “Meister- und Techniker”-schools, through career events, factory visits, and local partnerships to enhance Hitachi Energy's image.
• Future Talent: Enhance strategies to attract external candidates and engage internal colleagues in career development.
• Lead Initiatives: Drive internal communication initiatives during growth and change periods, collaborating with HR and Communication teams.
• Analytics-Driven Impact: Measure and optimize community engagement strategies for maximum impact.
• Execution Excellence: Ensure activities are executed flawlessly, maintaining brand and corporate identity alignment.

Your Background

• Experience & Education: Bachelor's or master's degree with experience in HR marketing or communications, with an interest in employer branding, content creation, and digital media.
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of business environments, market trends, and job market practices.
• Relationship-oriented: Skilled in building relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Creative Mindset: Proven ability to create, lead, and execute campaigns for employee community relations and employer branding.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, with strong written and oral communication skills. Experience in content creation, storytelling, and copywriting is a plus.
• Job Mobility: Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (remote and on-site at Bad Honnef, Brilon, Roigheim, Halle) and to travel as needed.
