Your Responsibilities include:
- Local Branding: Develop and implement local employer branding initiatives aligned with HR strategy and business goals.
- Engagement: Create engaging internal community activities and communications to inspire and connect employees.
- Image Building: Foster relations with universities and schools to enhance Hitachi Energy's image through events and partnerships.
- Talent Attraction: Use multiple channels to attract external candidates and engage internal colleagues in career development.
- Initiative Leadership: Lead internal communication initiatives during growth and change periods, collaborating with HR and Communication teams.
- Impact Measurement: Measure and analyze engagement strategies to optimize impact.
- Execution: Ensure activities are executed flawlessly, maintaining brand and strategy alignment.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Marketing, or Communications, with a focus on employer branding and digital content creation.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of business environments and market trends.
- Relationship Skills: Ability to build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Creativity: Proven experience in creating and leading campaigns for employee relations and branding.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and organizational skills; content creation skills are a plus.
- Mobility: Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup and travel as needed to various locations.
