With your talent, you provide our guests with a wonderful stay. From a warm welcome during reservation, a friendly smile at check-in, to serving cool drinks at our bar, you will have a varied role focused on professional guest service. Your responsibilities include:

1. Assisting our guests both by phone and in person during check-in/check-out
2. Handling organizational and administrative tasks in both front- and back-office areas (e.g., managing no-shows, responding to emails)
3. Checking and processing reservations, overbookings, and options
4. Billing, including managing expense reimbursements, cash register management, and accounting
5. Serving guests at the bar, preparing drinks, and actively selling our Motel One Lounge offerings
6. Gaining cross-departmental insights through collaboration in our multicultural teams
