Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, logging, and simulation tools, as well as relevant software applications.
• At least two years of professional experience in high-voltage (HV) systems and components, including analysis and evaluation expertise.
• Strong expertise in engineering and reverse engineering processes.
• Advanced analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex systems and data.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proven experience in management roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Resilience and adaptability to handle challenging environments and situations.
• Possession of High Voltage Level 3S certification.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Your tasks

• Forecast regular field claim data analysis and identify the need for improvement and initially prepare the required steps for improvements or existing one confirmation.
• Investigate in cooperation with customers directly on vehicles in the EU and confirm the symptoms and all kinds of occurring conditions around the part, system, vehicle, environment, and customer's behavior.
• Manage the recovery of the required quantity of claim parts to initially start the improvement process in time to achieve the earliest final improvement; optimize the process for our responsible part and process.
• Measure first analysis of claim parts in our lab and identify the exact point of root to prevent double or unnecessary work on HQ side and HQ continue real needed 2nd analysis and improvement step.
• Review and understand the details of the improvement and confirm the efficiency by active evaluation and optionally reoccurrence rate in the field by proper data analysis.
• Compare annual benchmark competitor's parts and systems and compare all the specifications, functions, etc., and compare with our parts system to improve or count our part and system.
• Support internal development of European investigation and analysis methods and processes independent of HQ and keep improving for optimized cooperation with HQ Quality Assurance work.
• Negotiate, train, and support our European suppliers in a technical and quality way and also negotiate change requests in an internally acceptable method.
• Cooperate and report regularly to our Mobis internal team, department, plants, and HQ but also to all our customers Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, and suppliers.
• Support flexible activities of OE, other teams, and departments, etc., with required or new technical and management skills in correspondence with adapting requesters' methods and processes.
