Job Description:

What is my role?

As EMEA TSS Services Delivery Project Manager, you are responsible for expanding the Professional Services business in EMEA.

Reporting to the Solutions Consultants and Technical Field Experts EMEA, you will collaborate closely with ALE sales representatives, ALE business partners/distributors, and end-customers.
Your mission is to supervise projects from the preparation of the offer to final acceptance.

Your goal is to ensure the quality of our service and to grow our business.

What am I responsible for?

  • Estimating effort and preparing offers based on that
  • Supporting partners, distributors, and end customers by selecting the best technicians for their needs
  • Assisting ALE business partners during all stages of the sales cycle (RFI/RFP, etc.)
  • Monitoring project status and ensuring milestones are achieved according to the plan
  • Tracking and documenting project achievements
  • Creating invoices according to project progress
  • Sharing knowledge and working effectively in an international team

Am I the right person for this position?

If you have excellent interpersonal skills, can build strong relationships with end-customers and partners, and are fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a bonus), you might be a good fit. Ideally, you have some sales-related training or certifications such as project management, effective presentation skills, conflict, and negotiation management.

With a proven track record in project management and a background in the IT sector, you possess the qualifications we are looking for.
