We are hiring a Trainer!

The Technical Trainer is responsible for conducting classes whether in person or interactive online. This can be from our training facilities or on the road. Their goal is to educate and empower customers to be successful with Crestron Technology. They must stay current on assigned Crestron Technology to work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Technical Trainer will also work closely with peers to give critical feedback on course materials.

Overview of your day-to-day tasks :

• Responsible for teaching all technical training courses both in person and online classroom styles. This includes our foundation courses, programming courses, DigitalMedia including AVoverIP, Intelligent video, commercial and residential focused courses, …
• Prepare training room and or interactive online training spaces are related resources prior to the start of each class.
• Use your knowledge and expertise to support students with exam questions
• Work closely with curriculum developers to ensure that courses meet the needs of the students.
• Support internal and external Crestron projects including Crestron Seminars, Crestron Trade Shows, and Crestron Masters Training events
