What you’ll do

• In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the EMEA product strategy for gypsum boards, aligning it with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.
• Managing the entire product lifecycle will be a key focus, covering everything from concept development to launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.
• You will conduct detailed market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and differentiation strategies, while also creating compelling value propositions with relevant systems offerings, commercial tools, and documentation for EMEA use.
• Collaboration is key, as you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, including R&D and local commercial teams, to ensure the successful development, production, and commercialization of gypsum board products.
• Additionally, you will monitor and drive product performance in terms of EMEA sales, profitability, and market share, ensuring the continued success of our product portfolio.

Who you are

• Several years of business experience in commercial roles, combined with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and product management, are required for this position.
• You have a customer‑centric, innovation‑driven mindset combined with strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the EMEA region, while ensuring alignment with partners in Commercial, R&D and other business functions.
• A proactive attitude, a high level of independence and a willingness to travel internationally are essential.
• Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills would be considered an advantage.
