What you\'ll do

• Drive high-impact Supply Chain transformation initiatives across EMEA, creating structural improvements in cost, service and scalability across Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing and Order Management, with a particular focus on Planning excellence

• Act as a transformation leader between strategy, design and execution, translating strategic objectives into executable programmes and enabling Knauf to deliver complex initiatives with speed, quality and measurable results

• Own the full project lifecycle from opportunity assessment, solution design and business case development through implementation and benefits realisation, while shaping scope, priorities and key trade-offs within the approved framework

• Lead planning transformation initiatives including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Planning governance, while supporting key investment and go/no-go decisions at executive level

• Ensure sustainable business impact by steering cross-functional teams and external partners, facilitating governance and stakeholder alignment, and driving adoption through effective change management, KPI tracking and continuous improvement

Who you are

• Qualified with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Planning, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, with experience in supply chain transformation, management consulting or project leadership in complex international environments

• Proven in delivering large-scale transformation programmes with measurable operational and financial impact, including strong experience in business case development, investment decisions, CAPEX/OPEX evaluation, value realisation and benefits tracking

• Experienced in end-to-end supply chain transformation with deep expertise in Planning, operating models, planning technologies and digital transformation, including Planning tools/ systems, advanced analytics, and planning automation and performance improvement initiatives

• Confident in working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership, including Steering Committees, Vice Presidents and C-level decision-makers, and experienced in steering external partners in complex matrix organisations

• Bringing a structured, analytical and results-oriented mindset, fluency in English, and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (approximately 15%)
