Job Description
This role owns the business processes and resources associated with Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) Inside sales districts. The position is accountable for achieving agreed sales and financial targets, ensuring effective sales and service coverage. This will be achieved by mentoring and developing the Inside Sales Managers to lead their teams in line with Thermo Fisher Scientific standards and expectations, with GSD or equivalent experience.
We are in need of a leader with a proven track record in sales management, outstanding mentoring abilities, and the capability to successfully implement critical initiatives. You will decisively determine the most effective approaches to improve our sales potential and achieve top-tier results.
