Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and demonstrate solutions with high technical expertise, using a consultative sales approach, and manage multiple projects with vendor partners.
• Meet clients face-to-face to influence sales and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives.
• Collaborate internally and externally to develop technology solutions.
• Proactively identify potential issues and act as a resource to ensure design and support excellence.
• Own and follow up on corrective actions for timely resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships to facilitate growth.
• Leverage technology and understanding of reseller businesses to support their development.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring they meet SLAs.
• Maintain certifications and vendor knowledge through ongoing education.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Create authoritative content for social media and contribute to TD SYNNEX communication channels.
• Offer on-demand training to resellers to enhance sales understanding.
• Participate in briefings and presentations for C-level executives.
• Additional duties as assigned, including lab configuration and proof of concept development.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions:

• HS/GED required; technical or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (minimum 2, preferably 3-4) supporting the technology/vendor.
• 5-7+ years of technical industry experience, with at least 5 years in technology sales and consulting.
• Deep knowledge of vendor tools related to the practice area.
• Understanding of ROI, market trends, and comparative analysis.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions and support complex on-site implementations.
