Job Description:

A leading distributor of semiconductors is seeking a Director of Automotive EMEA to further develop strategic automotive accounts.

You will be heavily involved with complex supply chain and logistics requirements to ensure the company becomes a preferred supplier while driving profitable revenue growth.

As the Director of Automotive, you will focus on targeted account strategies within the automotive strategic accounts and establish executive-level engagements with clients.

This position reports directly to the General Manager, EMEA.

Requirements:
  • Drive demand creation to generate revenue and results.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Self-starter, able to work with little supervision.
  • Extensive account management experience.
  • Proven track record of growing key accounts.
  • Willingness to travel extensively regionally.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or Business.
  • Over 10 years of demand creation, sales, or sales management experience in the semiconductor OCM/Channel sector.
  • Fluency in English and German.
