Position: Embedded Software Developer (m/w/d) with knowledge in Linux, Yocto, and/or C/C++.

Location: Münsterland

Responsibilities:

1. Develop software for Linux-based devices such as displays and GNSS modems.
2. Adapt operating systems to new hardware (e.g., SMARC modules).
3. Develop and optimize hardware-near drivers (CAN, network communication).
4. Maintain the related toolchain (Eclipse, SVN/GIT, BitBake, VBScript, Python).

Qualifications:

1. Background in electrical engineering or computer science is preferred.
2. Solid professional experience as an embedded software developer focusing on Linux, Yocto, and C/C++.
3. Knowledge of GUI toolkits, CAN, WebSockets is desirable.
4. Willingness and motivation to learn new cloud/IoT systems.
5. Passionate and curious personality.
