Embedded software developer (m/f/d)

Your job

In your area of responsibility, you will develop embedded software for an ARM/STM32 FreeRTOS platform, whereby you will play a key role in all phases of the development process. This includes the following tasks in particular

  • Conception, technology evaluation, system design
  • Implementation of application logic and peripheral drivers
  • Runtime optimization of time-critical functionalities
  • Creation of automated software tests for quality assurance (e.g. unit/function tests)
  • Collaboration in the creation of the specifications
  • Documentation
  • Close cooperation with our
    • hardware development department, especially in the design and switch-on phase
    • Test/production engineering department with regard to the definition of test interfaces
    • Welding process development to identify requirements and possible need for optimization

  • have very good knowledge of C/C++ and the development of embedded software for microcontrollers
  • have initial experience in a similar field of work.
