Berlin | Hybrid (up to 60% remote)

Long-term project | Up to €90,000 salary (senior level)

We’re hiring an Embedded Software Developer to work on mission-critical audio and VoIP communication systems used in advanced tactical radio devices.

This is a high-impact, long-term role within a highly experienced engineering team, with strong potential for contract extensions and follow-up projects.

What you’ll be working on:

• Embedded software design & development for Linux-based devices
• Audio and VoIP communication systems in secure environments
• Requirements analysis and system architecture
• CI/CD pipelines and functional testing on real hardware
• Close collaboration with software, firmware & hardware teams in an agile setup

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• Strong experience in embedded development (C/C++ & Python)
• Solid embedded Linux knowledge
• Experience with tools like Git, systemd, D-Bus, CMake
• Understanding of communication protocols & software quality

Nice to have:
