Are you a bright Firmware Engineer with a passion for developing products? At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we are looking for the best minds in embedded software development to play a fundamental role in developing ground-breaking technologies in our Leipzig office.

• Designing for quality and reusability, under tight resource constraints, while being challenged by interesting issues – keeping business value in mind.
• Creation, verification, and implementation of complex software features in alignment with stakeholders.
• Being part of a self-organized Scrum team and improving development and test strategies.

Who are you?

There is no set route to join Bridgestone Mobility Solutions. But to be successful in this role, we have in mind the following profile:

• You have a degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification, plus 2+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• You enjoy developing sustainable, maintainable, and testable software in C and C++ in an embedded environment.
• You have a hands-on mentality and are comfortable working with existing Java or Python code.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and driven to develop yourself further.
• You are a strong communicator with very good written and verbal English skills, and can manage conversational German with the team.
