Responsabilities

  • You are the first point of contact for your customers and ensure a stable and long-term customer relationship in which constant strategic consulting and further development are in the foreground
  • You always keep an eye on the latest technical developments that could be exciting for your customers and are always one step ahead of them, recognize needs and drive them forward on your own initiative
  • You design performance-optimized email marketing and CRM campaigns and thus develop effective marketing automations, among other things
  • You analyze and interpret KPIs and derive recommendations for action as well as test scenarios in order to continuously optimize the measures of your customers
  • You take over the operational control of your customers' direct marketing campaigns, set timings and plan both graphic and IT resources for your projects
  • You are in constant contact with your customers and regularly conduct workshops and reviews

Requirements:

  • You have in-depth knowledge of CRM/email marketing tools, primarily Marketing Cloud solutions such as: Salesforce, Adobe, SAP
  • You proactively follow technical innovations and industry updates in order to advise your customers in the best possible way
  • Your extensive knowledge of digital dialogue marketing will help you to think outside the box and think across channels
  • You are characterized by an analytical, structured approach and are confident in dealing with numbers and reporting
