Zusammenfassung

WuXi Biologics is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Germany to collect environmental monitoring samples from production areas and handle sample analyses. You will document tests and ensure timely review of results, while contributing to method and protocol writing.

The role requires microbiology experience, German and English language proficiency, and strong PC skills. A Bachelor or higher in a life science field is preferred, with opportunities to improve efficiency and quality within the QC

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant life science field.
• Hands-on microbiology/biochemistry lab experience preferred.
• German and English language skills written and spoken are required.

• Document and review tests and results promptly and accurately.
• Write and revise analytical methods, protocols, and reports.
• Support deviation investigations and laboratory inquiries.

Jobbeschreibung

• Collect environmental monitoring samples, including but not limited to samples of microorganisms and non-viable particles in clean areas and clean area devices.
• Collect clean media liquid samples, including but not limited to purified water, water for injection and pure steam samples.
• Writing and revising documents for the QC-microbiology group including, but not limited to, SOPs, AMPs, protocols, reports, and other technical documents

Education Background and Experience

• Graduation as technical assistant, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or comparable degree in microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, chemistry or another comparable field.

Special Knowledge

• Experience in microbiology or in environmental monitoring
• Good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experienced in using PCs (intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

• Prompt and proper documentation and review of tests and results
• Writing and revising analytical methods, protocols, reports, and other technical documents
• Supporting deviation and laboratory investigations
• Proactively searching for opportunities to increase efficiency and improve quality and to achieve technical excellence
