Job description
Tasks
- Instrumentation and wiring of test helicopters
- Installation and support of measurement systems for flight testing, both on-site and internationally
- Mounting and calibration of sensors, including strain gauges
- Analysis and maintenance of analog and digital measurement systems
- Participation in test campaigns – including on external test sites
- Close collaboration with flight test engineers and flight operations departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as electrician, electronics technician for aviation systems, mechatronics technician, or similar – with additional qualification as at least a technician or business administrator
- Alternatively, a completed degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field (minimum: bachelor's degree)
- Extensive professional experience in fields such as automotive engineering, electrical engineering, aircraft construction, aerospace, measurement technology, R&D, maintenance/repair, Jigs & Tools, or mechatronics
- Very good German and English (min. C1) language skills; native French speakers may be considered equivalent to German
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
